Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Ruling monarch of Pays-Blanc. As king, Equus is well-liked and does his duties well enough to keep the approval of his subjects. Even so, his conservative methods and general naivete do little to gain him much respect from the common people, and as a result corruption tends to run rife through the undergrounds of Pays-blanc.
  • Perhaps it doesn't help that he's also very submissive and prone to letting himself get bullied.
  • He secretly resents the freedom of common adventurers and wishes he could become one himself, though his sense of responsibility keeps him grounded to his royal roots.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • Equus incentives gameplay that revolves around constant redeployment of units, which is considered more trouble than it's worth for most with current meta of the game.
  • At the bare minimum, Kafka, Domino,,Yuno, Bart (Awakened) and Brute (Summer) can be considered best enablers for his kit having redeploy times that gets halved or more by his skill.
  • Dward potentially is a unit that benefits a lot in being deployed while his skill is up.
  • His cost generation is more meant to compensate for the fact outside of Vanguards, withdrawing units does not refund cost.
  • Deploying him early is totally doable in most cases, despite his high cost being concerning.
  • Equus' skill is the few rare sources of HP buffs, but be reminded it only applies to units deployed on it's duration.
  • Equus' skill only works on manually withdrawn units.
  • Outside of his kit, he has the one of the high HP and DEF in the game and can be used adequately based on just his stats to hold a lane and bait damage.
