• Rai's skill is extremely powerful, increasing most units base DPS by 87% at max rank in a large radius with a long duration and a moderate cooldown. In addition, it boosts your COST by both lowering COST of characters by 1 during the skill and granting you 1 COST for any unit you defeat during it. Along with dramatically boosting potentially your entire teams damage output, it can also be used to boost your healers healing output as well to survive tough damage spikes if your healers are falling behind. This skill can output massive amounts of bonus damage, healing, and cost, so its very versatile and is invaluable in almost any situation.
