Notes

• Dakkar is valued for his Skill's utility of slowing down enemies to a crawl for a reliable duration. This allows him to stall multiple lanes, while still contributing DPS himself, and ease DPS requirements in clearing waves with ease. Sadly, his Nature is not as impactful.
