Notes

• Dakkar is valued for his skill's utility of slowing down enemies to a crawl for a reliable duration.
• This allows him to stall multiple lanes, while still contributing dps himself, and ease dps requirements in clearing waves with ease. Sadly, his nature isn't as impactful.
