| Equus is the wise architect-king of the federation. He has a council of trusted advisors that serve as representatives for different sides of the kingdom.

| The main lair for this country is beneath the kingdom of Pays Blanc, and specifically adopts a look inspired by its grand bathhouse. Multiple small lairs are accessible for adventurers to venture to, but admittedly these aren't as brimming with rewards unlike the untapped lairs of the more dangerous Obsidonia.

| Pays Blanc is an open region accepting of people from any backgrounds. This does lead to a big disparity between its social classes, though its diverse people is its strength. It a region known for its knight soldiers, but also bandits.
