* Despite having one of the higher ASPDs among healers, Arcana is the best healer between low rarities when it comes to solely single-target healing. This is due to his access to a high attack, a skill that buffs his personal healing output, and provides a reliable 10% ATK buff that's quite useful for long ranged allies within 1 tile of him. In contrast, most single target healers in lower rarities rather provide buffs to others or do debuffs on enemies.
